Overview
Today's lack of housing means that the threshold of getting one's own accommodation is high. This, despite the fact that there is a lot of potential living space out there. One reason why a lot of space is empty may be due to uncertainties and fears in taking in unknown tenants into your home. This is what Kollektiva intend to change.
Overview
It´s hard to get your own place these days, but there is still so much space available in houses or apartments that are now empty. Kollektiva aims to make it easier for people to rent out that empty space to someone who are in need of a place to live, while primarily focus on trust and safety in the process.
The problem
It's a big deal for anyone to let someone into their home. On the majority of services today, the information about you and your housing is published for all users to see. In return you may not receive the same amount of information about the tenant for you to feel safe. The elderly are a vulnerable group in the society that can be easily exploited if a service does not offer enough security and clarity for them especially in this age of digitalization. A service also has to be easy to navigate and understand.
Our solution
A kind of match making platform for landlords and tenants, but the landlord have full control of the social interactions. This is to prevent spam messages and protecting privacy.
With a landing page filled with information before having to make an account, all users can explore the site to have their questions answered.

The grid
When the landlord have created an account they can browse through a grid of different tenants that are matched both through common things like location and rent, but also by hobbys and other joys in life.
This way the landlord and tenant can quickly find common grounds and feel more connected to each other.

Profile page
This is a glimpse of the tenants profile page. The landlord can find all necessary information about the tenant before reaching out.

Notification
When the landlord has decided on the tenants that matches their requirements, they can allow access to their own profile page.An invite, via e-mail, is sent out to the tenant, saying you are invited to the landlord's page.
This is when the contact between the two users starts.
